An update!
Because I’m sure you were waiting with baited breath to see how my allergy testing turned out - I am officially allergic to:
-Dust
-Mildew
-Cats (the alive kind, not the longest running show no longer on Broadway)
Which means that:
A) I am now allowed to constantly remind The Initials that his apartment is slowly killing me and because of this I need more kissez and or water with lots...
Too many cookies
I miss a lot of things about being unemployed - they include:
- Not having a ‘bed time’ as I did not have an ‘awake time’
- getting ample use of my cozy pants and sweatshirts
- eating breakfast at 3pm
- hangovers. they aren’t as bad when you don’t have to make up an excuse when calling in sick
- Jon & Kate plus 8 marathons
- The Initials being amazed at how nice I looked each night - its not...
My to-do before Christmas list:
1. Purchase socks for 14-year-old cousin. Why socks? because he showed up for his track meet on Saturday wearing his 10-year-old little sisters pink ones and I will not have that happen again. Also, if I put my mother in charge of this task, he will end up with sparkly socks covered in adorable puppies wearing Santa hats.
2. Purchase earrings for above mentioned...
I like Christmas. I like purchasing presents, wrapping presents (although I recently found out The Initials is the best man-wrapper I know) and giving presents. I like hot chocolate, and walking home in the snow slightly drunk and in heels, I like the recent trend of dogs wearing little outfits that look like feetsie pajamas without the feets. I don’t even mind the incessant warbling of Mariah...
My roommate is moving to LA for 3 months for work and we have to find someone to live in the space - she wrote a quite adorable little post on craigslist about our apartment - along the lines of…

For some reason numerous yoga instructors from Denmark, Amsterdam and other places where I think smoking pot...
A break...
So i’ve been gone for a while - I was unemployed and spent my days like this:
10:00am - wake up, see the time, go back to bed
11:00am - wake up, cancel lunch plans cause I’m tired, lay in bed
11:18am - email The Initials who is impressed I actually woke up in “the elevens”
11:28am - realize I am missing Jon & Kate Plus 8, get out of bed
11:30am - missed Jon & Kate Plus 8 so I may as well...
